Thank you for trusting Luminous Nail Bar for all your nail care needs! In order to keep you and our employees safe at all times, we have a few housekeeping rules at our Salon.
Safety
We do not service those whom we feel may have a contagious nail condition, open wounds, or any illness that may potentially cause harm to others. Our diabetic clients should inform their technicians so they may receive the specialized services needed to keep the diabetic safe.
For everyone’s safety, our black spa chairs have a maximum limit of 250lbs per chair.
Hygeine
At Luminous Nail Bar, we don’t take sanitation lightly. We use a state of the art FDA approved UV Light Water System which eliminates the risk of bacteria build up that could cause cause dangerous infections. In addition, our pedicure tubs are always lined with disposable protectants for each client. Furthermore, our tools are all sterilized after each use to ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all our clients at all times.
Our Guarantee
We at Luminous Nail Bar only use high-quality brands including OPI, Swarovski, Dermalogica, and more. We take pride in our skill and ability to keep you at peace. This is why we offer a 3-day guarantee for all our nail services. Breaking, chipping, lifting, & peeling are rare but may occur in unique circumstances. If this is the case, please make an appointment to return to our salon & allow us to make it right, without any additional charge. Although, diamond designs are known to be delicate & should be carefully handled in order to avoid fall. Regular polish is not guaranteed. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Late Policy
We know life is busy & things happen unexpectedly, which is why we allow a 10-minute window for our latecomers before we are forced to reschedule you, in order to keep our next client on schedule.
Respect
Luminous Nail Bar is a luxury nail bar with the goal to provide ultimate relaxation & reflection to all clients. Please be courteous & keep your group conversations to a whisper & your cell phone rings to silent. We all have busy schedules outside of the salon, please help us ensure a calm & peaceful environment inside the salon. . We may remove any persons disturbing the peace of our valued clients.
